1/ Who is Ru'a Ba'azim?

Ru’a Ba’azeem is a professional and specialized companion on the journey of change and awareness, working to accompany individuals to rebuild their relationship with themselves from the inside out through her diverse specializations in awareness and liberation from trauma.

2/ What is the main idea upon which your message is based?

Empowering people to live their lives gently and easily, through the tools of awareness, emotional intelligence, and trauma release, to reach a more balanced, profound, and satisfying life.

3/ How is change achieved according to your approach?

We work on several aspects depending on your situation, but generally, we work on the intellectual, emotional, and physical body. We target the conscious and unconscious mind in different ways to ensure holistic development, preventing you from getting stuck in a place you don't understand. We free the body from accumulated traumas and emotional burdens, then develop intellectual and emotional skills to transform potential into tangible actions.

4/ What is meant by being free from trauma?

In the face of trauma, the body stores the memory along with a charge and emotions that constitute the painful part of the experience, especially when these accumulate from different experiences. Releasing trauma means releasing this charge and letting go of the lingering feelings within the body, thus alleviating pain, dismantling mental constraints, and resulting in deeper psychological stability and improved quality of life on all levels.

5/ Are traumas related to a specific age and to conscious life experiences?

The storage of traumas begins during pregnancy, so women are always advised to pay attention to their psychological and emotional state during pregnancy. Some of these traumas are inherited across generations and are present in the genes, regardless of their source.

6/ Why is the focus on unpacking before development?

Because filling oneself with knowledge without emptying one's inner self is a superficial treatment, an internal clutter that serves no purpose. How can you build on ruins? Emptying first creates more space to receive what is new, based on your new choices.

7/ How do I know that I am ready for the development stage?

When a degree of psychological stability is achieved, and an improvement in feelings and expression begins, it indicates that the release has been done well and has reached an appropriate stage.

8/ What is the goal we seek in releasing traumas? Is it possible to get rid of traumas permanently?

We strive to be less emotionally receptive and more balanced. Our goal shouldn't be to completely eliminate trauma, as that's impossible. We will always be free from its effects; it's a natural part of life that has given us certain skills, and we must accept its presence.

9/ What is the role of coaching and empowerment in the healing journey?

Empowerment is a prerequisite for improvement, because it intellectually grounds you and ensures your understanding of what is happening and changing within you and connecting things as cause and effect, so that you can make new decisions that serve you properly.

10/ What is the difference between coaching sessions, consultations, and a psychologist?

  • Coaching: This is a dialogue session designed to raise awareness of your current situation and help you reach your goals. It's led by a qualified coach, who doesn't need to be an expert in your specific topic. They don't offer advice or guidance; they completely set aside their personal opinions and experiences and don't impose them on you. Instead, they help you find the right path to reach your goals. Their role is to help you generate your own solutions and ideas that align with your perspectives, experiences, and circumstances, recognizing that you are the expert in your own life.
  • Consultation: It is provided by a specialist in the same field of consultation, according to his studies, such as (family counselor, career counselor), and he gives you advice according to his information and views.
  • Psychologist: Provided by a psychologist based on their psychological studies and experience in the field, offering a diagnosis of the situation and solutions based on their information and insights.

11/ Why do many people suffer from a loss of passion and a sense of life?

It is like a jewel that has been covered with so much dust that it has lost its shine; this is how the accumulation of shocks affects you.

12/ What is the biggest challenge facing the field of coaching?

People have little awareness of this field and confuse it with other disciplines.

13/ Can psychological development be measured by time or fixed results?

Psychological development varies from person to person depending on individual factors, the responsiveness of their nervous system, their thinking patterns, and many other elements. Therefore, it cannot be measured by specific timeframes or outcomes. We always recommend embracing the experience without expectations, accepting whatever comes with it, as this will enhance the nervous system's responsiveness and accelerate development.

14/ Are reading and attending courses enough to change the situation?

All of this only adds knowledge, but it does not release what is stored deep down and controls our choices and patterns. Inner development needs the support of a coach to properly manage the unloading and development.

15/ Does man possess the tools for healing within himself?

Yes, every human being has internal healing tools and their body is predisposed to it, but they need to be empowered and learn how to use them.

16/ How does the journey of change begin?

It begins with releasing accumulated emotions to open up wider spaces, and then the development phase with coaching to build your new awareness and develop emotional intelligence tools.

17/ How should we deal with past experiences?

It must be clear to you that everything you've been through is a story in which you are the hero. Everything passes, and only you remain, but it leaves a mark that needs to be erased with professional techniques. You need to accept that without feeling ashamed.

18/ Is attachment to the coach part of the healing journey?

Dependence is a common problem in other disciplines where the client relies on the specialist to solve their problem, but coaching enables the person to depend on themselves and build their own internal reservoir by extracting all the solutions and methods from themselves, so that it is tailored to them, without theorizing and repetition.

19/ What is the difference between trust and attachment?

Trust means benefiting from support and relying on oneself in its application, while dependency means reliance and transferring dependence from oneself to the specialist without self-empowerment.

20/ Why is it important to accept the highs and lows in life?

Because balance is achieved by accepting both states and understanding that each stage carries a different awareness and experience. The bottom is where energy is gathered to propel us to the top; eliminating the bottom automatically eliminates the top.

21/ Why do some people feel that good things are temporary or that they don't deserve them?

Because they are filled with fears and heavy emotions that diminish their sense of worthiness, they remain at the bottom for a longer time, as if they deserve it. They need to release these burdens to achieve enlightenment and growth.
